Requirements
Must have:- 7+ years of experience as a Technical Product Manager
- 5+ years of technical experience in software development, network development, IT, or related fields
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale SaaS, PaaS, or LaaS products with full lifecycle responsibility from concept to market
- Familiarity with clinical development processes, including evidence generation, data transformation, or clinical operations
- Solid understanding of clinical trial procedures, regulatory submissions, and clinical data standards (e.g., CDISC, SDTM, ADaM)
- Advanced degree (MS or PhD) in Biostatistics, Clinical Informatics, Health Informatics, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience (preferred)
- Experience of successful product launches utilizing ML/AI technologies (preferred)
- Strong technical skills with the ability to assess emerging technologies and engage in technical discussions regarding clinical data systems and agent-based AI (preferred)
- Leadership experience in cross-functional teams and collaboration with research scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders (preferred)
- Ability to articulate complex clinical and regulatory concepts into clear product specifications and user experiences (preferred)
Responsibilities:
- Spearhead innovative product development for AI-enhanced clinical trials
- Lead a team of product managers to create and simplify processes for pharmaceutical companies, biotech firms, and clinical operations teams
- Define novel AI-driven experiences that facilitate the speedy transition from discovery to treatment
- Promote innovation by rethinking the generation of clinical evidence and management of trial operations
- Transform fragmented manual routines into intelligent, self-improving systems
- Establish key product direction, adopt or create new machine learning methodologies, and enhance user workflows and experiences
- Drive fundamental changes to ensure that life-saving therapies reach patients more efficiently
