Job Description: We are seeking an IT Support Technician to provide hands‑on, on‑site technical support for end users in a professional office environment. This role is focused on delivering excellent customer service while supporting desktop and laptop systems, conference room technology, and enterprise applications.
Responsibilities- Provide on‑site deskside support for laptops, desktops, printers, phones, and peripherals
- Respond to support requests via ticketing system, phone, and email
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic network connectivity issues
- Support conference room technology, including video conferencing and presentations
- Assist with equipment deployments, software installs, and hardware refreshes
- Perform office moves (disconnect, relocate, and reconnect equipment)
- Track and maintain hardware and asset inventory
- Communicate clearly with users regarding issue status and resolution timelines
- Escalate complex issues as needed while maintaining ownership through resolution
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of IT support or client‑facing technical experience
- Experience supporting Windows 8.1/10 environments
- Familiarity with Active Directory user and group management
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (LAN, Wi‑Fi, VPN)
- Experience using ticketing systems (Service Now preferred)
- Strong customer service, communication, and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to lift or move 40 lbs. or greater
- Ability to grasp, lift or carry packages on a standard wheeled cart with a load capacity of 75 lbs.
- Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand or sit for an extended period of time
- Flexibility to work rotational or off‑hours shifts
- Experience with Office 365 and Exchange
- Exposure to DNS, DHCP, file and print servers
- Antivirus and endpoint security experience (McAfee or similar)
- MCSA or MCSE certification
- Hands‑on, customer‑focused IT role

The Compensation range for this role is 25.00 to 29.00 USD per hour and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual s location, skills, experience and qualifications.
