Technical Support
Visions Espresso has been at the heart of the specialty coffee industry for over 40 year supporting cafés, roasters, and hospitality teams across the U.S. We sell, service, and support the world’s best commercial coffee equipment, working with iconic manufacturers like La Marzocco, Synesso, and Nuova Simonelli
, alongside industry leaders such as Mahlkönig and Mazzer
.
But Visions is more than equipment. We’re builders, fixers, educators, and long-term partners. Our Service Department is the backbone of our brand and is grounded in deep technical knowledge, a service-first mindset, and real relationships with the people behind the bar.
If you believe great coffee deserves great support, you’ll feel at home here.
