Job SummaryYour Career The TPM is the operational leader for the AI Security Nexus content engine. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination of our “products”: the high-velocity content, podcasts, and events that define our program. You will work within standard practices to track project milestones, unblock technical work streams, and maintain the quality of our asset delivery pipeline.
You will report to the Program Lead and act as a primary liaison between our Shared Services teams, technical SMEs, and other internal stakeholders to ensure flawless execution of our strategic roadmap.
- Independently manage and prioritize your daily task list based on established program guidance.
- Keep the production "engine" running and identify follow-ups critical to maintaining content production.
- Learn and apply cross-departmental SLAs to project production timelines.
- Exercise good judgment to ensure workback plans account for review periods from Legal, Brand, Technical SMEs, Program Lead, etc.
- Support the Program Lead in maintaining realistic and executable workback schedules.
- Track countdowns to content and event launches; keep contributors aware of deadlines.
- Use project management tools (e.g., Asana) to provide an accurate, real-time view of project health.
- Maintain a PM calendar as the single source of truth for asset status in the production lifecycle.
- Flag risks early and provide clear summaries to the Program Lead and stakeholders to unblock work streams or escalate as needed.
- Act as a primary connector across the program ecosystem and foster a collaborative environment.
- Draft executive-ready communications and project updates with a professional voice that builds trust and alignment.
- Coordinate the AI Security Nexus Podcast production pipeline, including scheduling high-profile guest speakers, managing recording logistics, and tracking script writing.
- Ensure all contributors are briefed and prepared to maintain a premium standard for every production.
- Build productive internal relationships with Product, Analyst Relations, PR, PMM, and Legal teams to facilitate content routing for approvals.
- Follow and contribute to SOPs for content libraries, publishing workflows, lead capture processes, etc.
- Execute tactical logistics for in-person meetups and sidecar program events (vendor coordination and hardware support).
Your Experience
Technical & Operational Skills
- Good understanding of program management tools like Asana, and development processes such as issue tracking and documentation.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver on defined tasks within a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.
- Experience tracking project health, identifying risks, and articulating technical issues to stakeholders.
- Experience in AI and/or Cybersecurity is a plus but not required; aptitude for learning technical concepts is required.
