Sr. Product Manager, Developer Platform

Our Sr. Product Manager, Developer Platform will own the strategy and roadmap for AI‑powered internal developer tools and platforms. You will deeply understand developer needs, prioritize the most impactful problems, and drive delivery of capabilities that unlock AI‑assisted development at scale while defining, tracking, and reporting clear adoption, usage, and productivity metrics.

• Define and own the product vision and roadmap for internal AI developer tools and platforms.
• Partner with engineering, security, and cross‑org stakeholders to identify and prioritize high‑impact developer problems.
• Translate developer needs into clear requirements, user stories, and success metrics for the engineering team.
• Drive end‑to‑end delivery of AI‑driven features and integrations that improve developer productivity and satisfaction.
• Use data, feedback, and experimentation to continuously refine the developer experience and measure outcomes.
• Champion adoption of AI tools across teams through clear communication, enablement, and change management.
• Ensure platform reliability, security, and scalability in partnership with IT Infrastructure & Operations.

Basic

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 8+ years of product management experience, including owning roadmaps and delivering complex products or platforms.
• Ability to define a clear product vision, create a product roadmap, and prioritize features based on measurable business value.
• Experience working with engineering teams on developer‑facing tools, platforms, or APIs.

Preferred

• Exceptional communication skills to act as the bridge between highly technical engineering teams, executives, and leadership.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data and feedback to inform decisions.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to drive product adoption and change management for internal tools.

Pay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience.

• California: $ – $ base salary.
• Washington, Maryland, New Jersey and New York (including NYC metro area): $ – $ base salary.

This role is also eligible for a company bonus plan and restricted stock units (RSUs).
