Data Analyst, Data Science Manager
Responsibilities
- Translate business questions into data problems, define the solution roadmap, and build analytics solutions independently and with cross‑functional teams.
- Develop and promote analytics and AI/ML products and insights, establish KPIs, and drive data‑driven decision‑making across business teams.
- Collaborate and establish expertise in advanced analytics, drive understanding of strategic customer initiatives across departments.
- BA/BS with concentration in business or a quantitative discipline—Stats, Math, Comp Sci, Engineering, Econ, or similar;
Masters preferred. - Minimum 7 years’ experience within the field of data science or related discipline.
- Proficiency in Python or R, SQL, and relational databases.
- Knowledge of machine learning and statistical modeling techniques including regression, decision trees, classification, causal inference, and clustering algorithms.
- Demonstrated leadership in developing and operationalizing Customer 360 frameworks, Identity Resolution approaches, Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) models, and advanced customer segmentation strategies.
- Exposure to production machine learning systems development, package creation, code repository management, and software development best practices.
- Experience with cloud tech for data and analytics solutions (Azure, AWS).
- Excellent attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication skills.
- 8+ years’ experience managing a team.
