Mastar Rec is hiring a Blockchain Developer to support innovative financial technology platforms operating across the United States. This role focuses on building, scaling, and securing modern financial systems in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and deploy
smart contracts
using
Solidity
on
Ethereum
and compatible EVM blockchains. - Build and maintain
dApps
, including wallets, exchanges, and DeFi protocols. - Integrate
blockchain technologies
with existing systems, APIs, and cloud infrastructures. - Design, build, or manage Fin Tech platforms and solutions
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and compliance teams
- Ensure regulatory and security best practices
- Support scalability, performance, and reliability
- Fin Tech or financial systems knowledge
- Data, risk, or software development expertise
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Experience with
blockchain frameworks
such as
Truffle
,
Hardhat
. - Strong understanding of
cryptographic principles
,
decentralized networks
, and
consensus mechanisms
.
- Exposure to
Polkadot
,
Cosmos
, or
Solana
ecosystems. - Experience with
Layer 2 solutions
(e.g., Arbitrum, Optimism). - Payments, lending, or blockchain experience
- Regulatory or compliance knowledge
- Familiarity with
containerization
(Docker) and
CI/CD pipelines
