IT & AV Support Technician / IT Technician / IT Support Analyst / IT Support Engineer / Desktop Support Analyst / Service Desk Analyst/ 1st/2nd Support / 1st & 2nd Line Support (Hybrid IT + AV)

We are looking for an IT & AV support technician to support their growth in both Seattle and Bellevue offices:
Responsibilities- Part of a local team of 4, hybrid IT and AV
- Troubleshoot mostly Mac OS (with some Windows and Linux OS), Cisco network, AD and digital workspace technologies such as Okta, Atlassian, Slack, Confluence, Google Workspace, back ups, storage, MDM such as JAMF
- Set up, test and troubleshoot all AV technologies and video services including software and hardware in conference rooms
- Troubleshoot and provide technical support for all VC technologies including Google Meet, Fuze VOIP, Zoom, etc.
- Clearing tickets backlog, analysing issues and following up with end users, escalate technical issues, helping resolving problems and finding root cause within SLA using Jira
- Documentation
- 1 year+ experience working as AV technician or an IT support/service desk with experience in AV/VC support
- Experience in ticketing management system such as Jira or Service Now
- Good knowledge in Mac OS and Windows OS
- Ideally familiar with VC platforms such as Hangouts Meet and Zoom
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills
Initially 10 months full time contract till the end of 2026 and contract will be extended yearly afterwards. W2 employer contract offering $34.79 per hour (40 hours per week) plus 50% contribution to medical plan, federal public holidays as PTOs and sick leave.
5 days on site in either Seattle office or Bellevue office. Monday to Friday standard business hours.
