Tech Operations Lead, NAMER, Global Tech Ops and Strategy

Overview

Description In this role, you will be responsible for Operations and Strategy for AGS’s Namer Field Tech Sales Operations organization across its ~$50Bn Global Sales (AGS) business. You will partner directly with AWS's Head of Global Field tech Ops and strategy leader and the Tech leadership team to shape and create transformational growth strategies. You lean towards the technical, you love going deep on architecture, GenAI, and how to bring services together to meet our customer’s needs.

Your scope will include developing data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions, designing and implementing new sales motions and growth initiatives.

• Develop data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions, and design and implement new sales motions and growth initiatives.
• Collaborate with AWS leadership and the Tech leadership team to shape transformational growth strategies.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and align sales operations with business goals.

• 10+ years of Microsoft Excel experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Experience developing and implementing systems/tools utilized for CRM, variable compensation, revenue reporting, forecasting, Salesforce automation, etc.
• Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies or equivalent
• Experience using Salesforce (or other CRM tool) or BI tools
• Experience presenting to senior leadership

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
