We re backed by $40M in Series B funding, and are growing rapidly in Seattle.
What We re Hoping You BringAs our Solutions Engineer, you ll sit at the intersection of product, sales, and engineering — helping customers get the most out of Yoodli. You thrive in technical pre-sales conversations, guide architecture reviews, and craft tailored solutions that showcase our platform s value. You re excited to support customers through onboarding and integrations, and you re not afraid to roll up your sleeves to tackle RFPs, security reviews, or support tickets to keep things moving.
You re deeply customer-focused, eager to wear multiple hats, and always ready to step in where needed. Along the way, you ll become a trusted advocate for our users — translating their real-world needs into product insights and building scalable processes that level up the entire customer experience.
- 3+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, Technical Account Management, or Implementation in a SaaS environment
- Strong technical acumen — comfortable with APIs, SSO, basic scripting (e.g., Python, JS), and debugging tools
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate between technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience working directly with enterprise customers and product/engineering teams
- Thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments and love building from scratch
- Bias for action, low ego, and a passion for helping others grow through communication
