Responsibilities
Responsible for development, delivery and maintenance of accessible, up-to-date, effective and sustainable Workday change management readiness (CMR) materials for general users of the system. Provide leadership, technical project coordination, consultative services, and liaison with key stakeholders and subject matter experts to ensure positive outcomes. Provide ongoing support as needed in support of project operations (day-to-day) sustaining.
RequiredEducation and Experience
- Minimum of two (2) years instructional design, classroom instruction, or information technology services experience, to include at least one (1) year of curriculum development utilizing blended learning formats for a diverse audience.
- Or have worked as a trainer for the CBAT Team for at least one (1) year and have at least one (1) year of curriculum development utilizing blended learning formats for a diverse audience.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
- Two (2) years work experience training Workday or another Human Capital Management and/or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
- Workday certification(s).
$97,665.00 - $ per year
This compensation range was calculated based on full-time employment (2080 hours worked per calendar year). Offers are determined by multiple factors including equity, skills, experience, and expertise, and may vary within the range provided.
