Sr. Network Engineer; Seattle, WA - Hybrid

We’re seeking a Senior Network Engineer to lead the design, architecture, and ongoing operation of a secure, scalable network environment spanning cloud and on-prem infrastructure. This role plays a key part in shaping the network and infrastructure roadmap while partnering closely with IT teams and business stakeholders.

• Design, implement, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure (physical & virtual)
• Lead architecture decisions for hybrid cloud and on-prem environments
• Support and optimize routing, switching, wireless, and network security
• Build and maintain monitoring, automation, and security controls
• Troubleshoot complex network issues and respond to incidents as needed
• Collaborate across IT and the business to support critical initiatives
• Operate within regulated environments (GxP)

• 7+ years of network engineering experience (10+ preferred)
• Strong experience with Cisco networking (routing, switching, wireless)
• Experience supporting hybrid cloud and software‑defined networking environments
• Network security expertise (firewalls, IPS, monitoring)
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Biotech, life sciences, or other regulated industry experience preferred
