Overview
Join the TCX Content Automations team and help millions of AWS customers access accurate, timely technical documentation. We build and maintain automated systems that transform internal data sources into published AWS documentation, eliminating manual bottlenecks while maintaining the highest quality standards.
What You'll Do- Design and develop scalable content automation pipelines that extract data from upstream sources (APIs, S3 buckets, Git repos, service specifications) and publish to
- Build and maintain critical automations including Cloud Formation resource references, IAM policies, service quotas, regions/endpoints, AWS Config rules, localization infrastructure, etc.
- Create reusable platform components that make each new automation easier to deliver and support.
- Collaborate with writers, service teams, product management, and stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and ensure data quality.
- Own operational excellence for production systems serving documentation to millions of customers daily.
- Strong software development skills with experience in building data pipelines and automation systems.
- Ability to work with diverse data sources and transform them into customer-facing content across multiple content systems.

- Passion for solving complex problems that directly impact customer experience.
Your work will ensure AWS customers have access to accurate, up-to-date documentation for hundreds of AWS services.
Key Job Responsibilities- 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
- 5+ years of programming with at least one software programming language experience.
- 5+ years of leading design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience.
- Experience as a mentor, tech lead or leading an engineering team.
- 5+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
