Sr Product Manager, Courier Fleets

About the Role

Efficient courier performance is a foundation of Uber’s delivery ecosystem. In many of our most complex and highly regulated marketplaces, third-party courier fleet partnerships and staff leasing models are the primary driver for scaling access and operating a reliable service.

As a Sr. Product Manager for Courier Fleets, you will own the strategy and products that enable delivery fleets to thrive in environments with intense regulatory oversight and turn that strength into a competitive advantage. You will build enterprise-grade tools that drive efficient utilization of courier supply while ensuring compliance with local labor and operational mandates. You will collaborate deeply across Tech, Regional Operations, Legal, and Policy teams to ensure curated courier supply delivers maximum value to our customers and marketplace.

For New York, NY-based roles:
The base salary range for this role is USD $190,000 per year - USD $211,000 per year.

For San Francisco, CA-based roles:
The base salary range for this role is USD $190,000 per year - USD $211,000 per year.

For Seattle, WA-based roles:
The base salary range for this role is USD $190,000 per year - USD $211,000 per year.

For all US locations, you will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered an equity award & other types of comp.
