- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 15 years of experience in partner management, business development, sales, or channel development in the technology industry.
- Experience working with ISVs and supporting technical stakeholders (e.g., engineers, product managers, chief technology officers).
- Experience in, or supporting, partner ecosystems.
- Experience interfacing with, and being a trusted partner for, C-level executives in partner companies.
- Experience managing and growing technology partnerships with cross-functional teams, internally and externally.
- Experience launching partner products and solutions, including channel go-to-market motions such as multi-partner solutions, procurement through cloud marketplaces, and consumption-based solutions.
- Experience planning and managing at executive and operational levels.
- Experience working with GenAI ecosystem.
As a Partner Development Manager, GenAI ISV Partnerships, you will drive our partnership strategy and Go-to-Market (GTM) for GenAI ISVs in specific regions. You will work across Google Cloud’s Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, and customer-facing organizations to foster executive alignment with GenAI partners, develop a co-innovation plan for new solutions and orchestrate the co-sell motion between Google Cloud and the partner.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $218,000-$306,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. - Recruit and grow partnerships with GenAI ISVs to address market opportunities and expand business.
- Build a goal for new partner solutions on Google Cloud while deepening the partner commitment to differentiate GenAI ISVs.
- Drive demand generation and GTM plans to achieve Google Cloud and partner goals. Build the annual plan for assigned partners along with regional teams.
- Be responsible for GTM success in regions, including pipeline management, joint wins, and customer references. Track and measure the impact of regional GTM initiatives.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs, present the value, ensure customer success, adoption and expansion of GenAI ISV solutions.
