IT Project Manager, Scrum Master
Overview
Technical Project manager with experience in Agile scrum environment. Work as Scrum master and project manager as project demands. Ability to lead a team of 6 to 10 associates. Agile certification is required, preferable SAFe Agile. In-depth knowledge and experience of using PLM tools like ADO or Jira. Help team with building User stories and Tasks. Follow up to update tasks status and burn down chart on regular basis.
Status reporting to different level or audiences. Work with PO to prioritize the stories to make the best possible product features available to customers on time. Change management experience using some tool. Release management and coordination experience. Team player, closely work with team with a sense of one team to achieve one goal for all. Understands the business purpose and benefits of every requirement.
Data warehousing tool and technique used in ETL. Awareness and understand the methodologies required.

- Estimation, planning timeline, backlog grooming
- In-depth knowledge and experience of using PLM tools like ADO or Jira
- Help team with building User stories and Tasks
- Follow up to update tasks status and burn down chart on regular basis

- Work with PO to prioritize the stories to make the best possible product features available to customers on time
- Change management experience using some tool

- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Teradata and Data stage, Cognos awareness
Base Salary Range: $100,000 to $120,000 Per Annum
