Summary:

We are seeking an SAP TM Lead to drive the configuration and end‑to‑end implementation of SAP S/4

HANA Transportation Management for a major client in the CM&T industry. This role focuses on aligning SAP TM capabilities with operational needs, specifically managing embedded TM integration and logistics networks. The successful candidate will work in a hybrid capacity out of Seattle, ensuring seamless transportation planning and execution within an S/4

HANA environment.

• Lead the end‑to‑end implementation and project delivery of SAP S/4
  
  HANA Transportation Management (TM).
• Configure S/4 embedded TM (2020 version preferred) including planning, execution, and charge management.
• Manage integration between embedded TM and SAP EWM.
• Oversee Freight Order management and Freight Settlement processes.
• Utilize Logistics Business Network (LBN/BN4L) for Freight Collaboration and Global Track and Trace.
• Collaborate with business process owners to align technical capabilities with operational requirements.
• Provide expertise in inbound transportation processes and stakeholder engagement.

• SAP Transportation Management (TM): 4+ years of hands‑on configuration and implementation experience.
• SAP S/4
  
  HANA: 3–5 years of experience; knowledge of version 2020 is a plus.
• SAP EWM: 3–5 years of experience with TM‑EWM integration.
• Logistics Business Network (LBN/BN4L):
  Proficiency in Freight Collaboration (FC) and Global Track and Trace (GTT).
• Transportation Expertise:
  Strong understanding of planning, charge management, and settlement.

• Experience with SAP inbound processes.
• Advanced certifications in SAP S/4
  
  HANA.

• Strong communicator capable of engaging with IT teams and senior management.
• Flexible and adaptable to travel and hybrid work requirements.
• Disciplined approach to meeting client ITAR constraints and time zone alignment (PST).
