You Are
A warehouse and supply chain professional with strong SAP EWM expertise and a growing orientation toward business-led problem solving. You bring not only technical and operational knowledge, but also the ability to frame challenges in business terms, align stakeholders, and translate operational complexity into clear recommendations. You are comfortable operating at both the execution and advisory level, supporting clients through assessment, design, and continuous improvement of warehouse and logistics operations.
The Work
+ Support the design and implementation of SAP EWM solutions to optimize warehouse execution and inventory management, with an emphasis on aligning technology to business objectives.
+ Partner with clients to assess warehouse and logistics operations, identify root causes of performance issues, and define improvement opportunities across people, process, data, and systems.
+ Contribute to future-state process and operating model design, helping clients define how work should flow across inbound, outbound, and internal warehouse operations.
+ Translate business requirements into clear solution direction, leveraging SAP EWM capabilities such as inbound/outbound processing, slotting, wave management, labor management, and RF/mobile execution.
+ Support integration efforts between EWM, ERP (S/4
HANA), and adjacent systems, ensuring solutions reflect end-to-end supply chain considerations.
+ Analyze operational and system data to identify productivity improvements, risk reduction opportunities, and inventory optimization levers.
+ Facilitate working sessions, workshops, and stakeholder discussions to align on priorities, trade-offs, and execution approach.
+ Support end-user enablement by connecting warehouse best practices to system usage, reinforcing disciplined execution and adoption.
+ Contribute to business development activities, including discovery workshops, value articulation, solution shaping, and proposal development.
Here's What You Need
+ Minimum of 5 years in warehouse or supply chain management, including experience supporting operational assessments, process improvement, or transformation initiatives.
+ Minimum 3 years of SAP EWM experience, with hands-on understanding of warehouse process design and execution flows.
Bonus Points If:
+ Ability to connect operational details to business impact, including service levels, cost, risk, and fulfillment performance.
+ Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, or a related field.
+ Life-Science Experience is a plus
