Project Manager; Mandarin Speaking

Position: Project Manager (Mandarin Speaking)
Betting Jobs is working with a well-established B2B/B2C business with teams located in several countries globally, they are searching for a Project Manager (Mandarin Speaking) to join their team in Kuala Lumpur.

Key responsibilities

* Plan, manage, and deliver projects across multiple teams and regions

* Act as a key communication bridge between Mandarin-speaking teams and global stakeholders

* Define project scope, timelines, resources, and deliverables

* Track progress, manage risks and dependencies, and resolve issues proactively

* Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and status reporting

* Collaborate with Development Managers, Architects, and Product Managers to ensure alignment

* Promote consistent project management processes and best practices

What we're looking for

* Proven experience as a Project Manager in a complex, multi-team environment

* Fluency in Mandarin and English (spoken and written)

* Experience working with globally distributed or cross-cultural teams

* Strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills

* Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously

* Pragmatic, delivery-focused approach with attention to detail

Nice to have

* Experience in B2B and/or B2C environments

* Background in technology, software, or digital projects

* Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies

* Project management certification (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, Agile PM)
