FIMMICK is seeking a talented Digital Growth Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing our clients’ digital growth strategies, creating engaging content, optimizing conversion rates, and exploring new digital frontiers.

FIMMICK is looking for a data-obsessed Performance & Experiment Specialist to turn marketing hypotheses into scalable results. In this role, you won’t just look at charts; you will own the technical foundation of our growth engine, executing rigorous experiments across paid and organic channels to maximize conversion efficiency.
If you love designing A/B tests, troubleshooting GTM tags, and obsessing over conversion rates, this is your battlefield.
What YOU'll do:Design, launch, and manage end-to-end experiments across Paid Media (Meta, Google, etc.) and Organic channels.
Translate broad growth goals into testable hypotheses and executable roadmaps.
Validate “what works” by analyzing experiment results, scaling winning tactics, and killing underperforming ones quickly.
Technical Tracking & Data Integrity:
Architect and maintain robust tracking setups (GTM, GA4) including standard events, custom conversions, and pixel management.
Ensure data accuracy by conducting regular tracking audits and troubleshooting attribution issues (CAPI, server-side tracking, cross-domain tracking).
Bridge the gap between marketing and tech: write clear tracking specifications for developers when needed.
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):
Analyze user behavior on landing pages and web flows using quantitative data (GA4) and qualitative tools (Heatmaps, Session Recordings).
Execute A/B and multivariate tests on landing pages, lead forms, and user journeys to reduce friction and improve CVR.
Provide actionable recommendations to design and content teams to optimize the full funnel user experience.
- Build and maintain performance dashboards (e.g., Looker Studio) to visualize experiment outcomes.
- Deliver weekly/monthly insights that go beyond vanity metrics, focusing on CPA, ROAS, and incremental lift.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of hands‑on experience in performance marketing, CRO, or digital analytics.
- Strong technical proficiency in Google Tag Manager (GTM) and GA4 is a must.
- Experience running A/B tests and using tools like Google Optimize (or alternatives like VWO/Optimizely) and heatmap tools (Hotjar/Clarity).
- Solid understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads) and attribution models.
- Analytical mindset:
You are comfortable digging into data to find the “why” behind the performance. - Fluency in English and Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin), both written and spoken.
Nice to Have:
Knowledge of SQL, Big Query, or server‑side tracking implementations.
Experience using AI tools to accelerate data analysis or generate experiment variations.
Basic HTML/CSS/JS knowledge to handle simple tracking scripts or landing page tweaks independently.
