We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect with deep expertise in Service Cloud capabilities to lead the design and implementation of scalable, high‑performing Salesforce solutions. This role will be responsible for defining the overall Salesforce architecture, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and driving technical excellence across all Salesforce initiatives.

• Own the Salesforce architecture, including data model, security, environment strategy, Dev Ops, integrations, analytics, and roadmap updates.
• Lead and participate in Salesforce and Technology governance groups, providing thought leadership in solution design, technical design, and quality assurance.
• Drive high‑level technical design for all Salesforce changes and enhancements, ensuring adherence to architectural principles and standards.
• Produce high‑quality documentation and oversee low‑level technical design deliverables.
• Design and implement scalable, high‑performing solutions in Salesforce, evaluating when third‑party solutions may be more appropriate.
• Create High‑Level Designs (HLD) and documentation based on business requirements for Service and Support, including potential integration with Revenue Cloud and handling export control data.

• Minimum 5 years of Salesforce implementation experience as a Solution Architect.
• Proven expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud and related capabilities.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture components, including data modeling, security, integrations, and Dev Ops.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $76,200 - $187,740

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting.
