Job Description Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
- Proven experience working with AWS cloud services and infrastructure.
- Strong knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, EKS).
- Hands‑on experience with CI/CD tools and automation frameworks.
- Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code tools:
Cloud Formation, AWS CDK, Terraform. - Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or Shell.
- Familiarity with Git Ops workflows using ArgoCD or FluxCD.
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools like Cloud Watch and Cloud Trail.
- Good understanding of cloud security best practices.
- Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.
- Experience with Databricks, Spark, Databricks Lake Flow, Unity Catalog, Alation integration.
- Knowledge of Snowflake or other cloud data platforms.
- Familiarity with data sharing and governance in cloud environments.
- Design, deploy, and manage AWS cloud infrastructure using services such as EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, RDS, Lambda, Cloud Formation, Cloud Watch, Cloud Trail, Route 53, ELB, and EKS/ECS.
- Ability to design and manage scalable, secure, and cost‑efficient architecture.
- Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using AWS Cloud Formation, AWS CDK, and Terraform.
- Build and manage CI/CD pipelines using AWS Code Pipeline, Code Build, Code Deploy, Jenkins, Git Lab CI, and Git Hub Actions.
- Automate cloud infrastructure provisioning and application deployments to ensure reliability and scalability.
- Implement container orchestration and management using Docker and Kubernetes (Amazon EKS).
- Utilize Git Ops workflows with tools like ArgoCD or FluxCD for continuous delivery.
- Write automation scripts using Python, Bash, and Shell scripting to streamline operational tasks.
- Monitor cloud infrastructure and applications using Cloud Watch and Cloud Trail, ensuring security and compliance.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and security teams to ensure smooth and secure cloud operations.
- Optimize cloud costs and performance while maintaining high availability and security standards.
- Stay updated with the latest cloud technologies and best practices.
$110,000 - $120,000 per annum
