Procore Implementation Lead / Senior Business Systems Analyst

Location: Seattle or Spokane (local candidates only)

Contract: Full-time contract with potential to convert to FTE

We’re seeking a strategic, hands-on professional to lead Procore implementation efforts. This role combines business analysis, solution implementation, product stewardship, and change leadership—ideal for someone who thrives in both technical execution and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions with stakeholders to capture business needs and translate them into actionable requirements.
• Configure and deploy Procore modules (Project Financials, Execution, Cost Management) to optimize project delivery.
• Drive adoption across cross-functional teams, ensuring compliance, data integrity, and operational efficiency.
• Oversee testing cycles, data migrations, integrations, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in business systems analysis, consulting, or construction/project management software implementation.
• Hands-on expertise with Procore, including configuration and deployment of key modules.
• Strong analytical, facilitation, and communication skills with the ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Construction Management, or related field; ERP/BI tool experience (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, Power BI) is a plus.
