Job Title: Technical Support Tech I

Location: Seattle, WA 98109 (possible remote option)

Pay Range: $25/hr.

• Provide technical and administrative support for enterprise systems and applications.
• Manage user permissions, access controls, and organizational hierarchy changes.
• Perform data variance analysis, corrections, and system synchronization.
• Identify system performance issues and collaborate with technical teams on solutions.
• Support users during organizational transitions and planning cycles.

• Bachelor’s degree
• Experience with website and application support
• Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
• Knowledge of enterprise applications and system processes
• Ability to troubleshoot system issues and manage multiple requests efficiently
