• Promote and document best practices for user research and usability among the selling organization.
• Coordinate usability activities and assessments in our lab to meet product development requirements.

• Proven experience in user research methodologies, spanning over 7 years.
• Expertise in developing usability studies and creating research documentation.
• Strong interest in user‑centric design and understanding of everyday workflows.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in dynamic team environments.
• Highly detail‑oriented and capable of managing self‑directed projects.

• Advanced degree in fields such as Cognitive Psychology or Human Computer Interaction.
• Experience with technical communication and promoting design insights to technical teams.
