About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP, Technology Growth and Strategy to join their dynamic, fully remote workforce. The successful candidate will be a visionary with a strong technical background and commercial acumen, responsible for defining and executing a technology‑led go‑to‑market strategy that drives revenue growth across strategic clients. This role is pivotal in leading the development of high‑impact solution offerings, engaging with CxOs as a trusted technology advisor, and championing solution innovation in areas such as AI, cloud modernization, cybersecurity, and enterprise integration.

The VP will also be instrumental in deal shaping, architecture oversight, and internal leadership, ensuring alignment across technology and delivery teams. Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Master’s preferred) and at least 10 years’ experience in enterprise technology services, with a minimum of 5 years in an executive consulting services role.

A proven track record of influencing significant annual revenue through consultative sales and strategic solutioning is essential. The role requires deep technical expertise in at least two of the following areas:
Cloud Platforms, Data & AI, Cybersecurity, and Enterprise Application Integration.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a high‑growth services environment, a strong understanding of modern delivery models, and the ability to translate emerging technology trends into scalable service offerings. An entrepreneurial mindset, excellent communication skills, and a background in P&L ownership or business unit financial performance are also key qualifications.
