Senior Microsoft 365 / Application Manager
Location:
Seattle, WA (Onsite 3 days/week)
We are seeking a tenured, hands‑on Senior Microsoft 365 / Applications Manager to support and evolve our modern workplace and cloud ecosystem. This role requires a strong technical operator with deep Microsoft 365 expertise, integration experience, and the ability to collaborate across business and IT functions.
Key Responsibilities- Lead administration of Microsoft 365 (primary focus), including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and related services
- Manage SharePoint Online permissions, architecture, and ecosystem strategy
- Design and support Power Platform solutions (Power Automate workflows, integrations, backend data/storage awareness)
- Support and enhance Azure environments (Data Factory and data mesh familiarity a plus)
- Implement and maintain SaaS integrations and Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions
- Integrate enterprise platforms (e.g., document management systems with AI tools and other business applications)
- Support and coordinate incident response activities, including account lockouts, password resets, and MSSP coordination
- Collaborate with legal operations teams on systems supporting time entry and billing platforms (Aderant or similar)
- 3–5+ years of experience in a law firm environment (strongly preferred)
- Deep hands‑on experience with Microsoft 365 administration
- Strong understanding of SharePoint Online permissions and structure
- Experience with Power Automate and workflow development
- Azure experience (preferred cloud platform)
- SaaS platform integration and SSO implementation experience
- Working knowledge of law firm time entry and billing systems
- Senior‑level presence with a hands‑on technical approach (not purely managerial)
- Experience with iManage and/or Aderant
- Exposure to CRM platforms
- Familiarity with information governance principles
- Experience reviewing security logs
- Relevant certifications (not required)
- Interest and ability to grow into a technical lead/manager role over time
