Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for an Implementation Engineer for a mission-driven organization. This is a hybrid, full-time position based in Seattle, Washington, with two days per week onsite.
POSITION OVERVIEWThe Implementation Engineer supports partner onboarding and configuration of a community-focused digital care coordination platform. This role combines system configuration, data integration, and collaborative problem-solving to ensure successful implementation and long-term partner success.

- Lead technical onboarding and system configuration for partner organizations adopting a digital coordination platform
- Translate partner needs into customized workflows, permissions, forms, and program structures
- Manage data migration activities including mapping, validation, testing, and system loading
- Support integrations between external systems (such as EHRs and case management tools) and the platform
- Provide technical guidance, documentation, and training resources throughout implementation
- Troubleshoot implementation challenges and collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to drive resolution
- Experience configuring and supporting SaaS platforms, digital health tools, case management systems, or similar technologies
- Strong knowledge of data mapping, transformation, and system integrations (including APIs)
- Ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences and gather non-technical requirements effectively
- Skilled in project coordination, documentation, and structured problem-solving
- Experience working in healthcare, public health, nonprofit, or social impact environments is a plus
This position offers a competitive annual salary range of $100,000–$120,000, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
