Responsibilities

• Design, implement, test and deliver highly scalable features/solutions to build Agentforce runtime platform that are used by millions of end users and thousands of customer service agents.
• Drive the execution and delivery of features by collaborating with architects, product owners, engineers, user experience designers and data scientists
• Champion best practices and policies, guide and collaborate with the team on leveraging such practices.

Required Qualifications

• In-depth working knowledge of at least one object-oriented compiled, statically-typed language (Java, Go, C++, etc)
• Solid experience in developing/maintaining large scale micro services using public cloud technologies such as AWS
• Experience in test-driven development with focus on unit testing, integration testing and end-to-end automation
• A related technical degree required.
