You will work within standard practices to track project milestones, unblock technical work streams, and maintain the quality of our asset delivery pipeline.
You will report to the Program Lead and act as a primary liaison between our Shared Services teams, technical SMEs, and other internal stakeholders to ensure flawless execution of our strategic roadmap.

Exercise good judgment in ensuring workback plans account for required review periods from Legal, Brand, Technical SMEs, Program Lead, etc.
Support the Program Lead in maintaining and executing realistic and executable workback schedules. You will help track the countdown to content and event launches, helping to ensure every contributor is aware of their deadlines relative to final launch dates. Effectively use project management tools (e.g. Asana) to provide an accurate, real‑time view of project health. Maintain a PM calendar that serves as a single source of truth for where an asset sits in the production lifecycle.
Proactively recognize when a task is slipping or a dependency is blocked. You will be expected to flag these risks early and provide a clear summary of the issue to the Program Lead and other stakeholders so the team can unblock the workstream or elevate as needed. Act as a primary connector across the program ecosystem. You will foster a collaborative environment by proactively engaging with contributors, ensuring they feel supported.
Draft ‘executive‑ready’ communications and project updates with a professional voice that builds trust, ensures stakeholder alignment, and communicates objectives in a clear and concise manner.

Ensure all contributors are briefed and prepared, helping to maintain a premium standard for every production. Build productive internal relationships with Product, Analyst Relations, PR, PMM, and Legal teams to build trust and effectively facilitate the routing of content for technical and editorial approvals.
Follow and contribute to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for content libraries, publishing workflows, lead capture processes, etc.…
