Data Analyst, IT QA Tester / Automation
We’re looking for a Software Quality Engineer with solid mobile testing experience and a strong interest in data‑driven testing, data evaluation, and automated workflows. Professional experience in software testing and comfortable working with mobile applications and data‑centric testing environments.
Required Skills- 2+ years in QA, SDET, Test Engineering, or Software Testing (any domain).
- Mobile testing experience is required (manual or automated).
- Experience working with Python for automation, scripting, or data processing.
- Understanding of software testing fundamentals and mobile SDKs/APIs.
- Ability to interpret test results, analyze logs, and debug issues across multiple layers.
- Comfort working with large datasets, structured data, or evaluation metrics.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
- Perform manual and automated testing for mobile applications (iOS/Android required).
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Python (Nice to have: Java/Swift).
- Work with large datasets and analyze test results across thousands of scenarios.
- Monitor and run automated evaluation jobs, interpret metrics and surface insights.
- Investigate failures using logs, datasets, and framework output to identify root causes.
- Build Python scripts to automate workflows, improve reporting, and streamline data processing.
This is a Contract position based out of Seattle, WA.
Pay And BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr.
