We are seeking a highly experienced Service Now Senior Developer with deep expertise in Telecom Network Inventory (TNI) and platform architecture. This individual will lead the design, development, and governance of Service Now-driven network inventory and service modeling solutions across complex telecom OSS/BSS environments.

The ideal candidate brings a powerful mix of Service Now platform mastery, hands‑on experience with logical and physical inventory, and the ability to architect scalable, highly integrated enterprise solutions.

• Must have 4+ years of hands‑on Telecom Network Inventory (TNI) experience.
• Must have 5+ years of deep understanding of telecom OSS architecture.
• Must have 4-5 years of CSDM for telecom environments.
• Must have 5+ years of CMDB data modeling.
• Must have 5+ years of Flow Designer & Integration Hub.
• Must have 3+ years of OSS/BSS Integration.
• Must have Performance Optimization & Scalability Design experience.

• Lead end-to-end solution architecture for Telecom Network Inventory solutions.
• Design scalable data models.
• Physical network inventory (sites, racks, cards, ports, circuits, fiber, etc.).
• Logical inventory (services, VLANs, IP resources, routing instances, etc.).
• Service/resource relationships and topology modeling.
• Define integration architecture between Service Now and external OSS/BSS systems (provisioning, EMS/NMS, GIS, CRM, billing).
