Job Title: Technical Support Tech I
Location: Seattle, WA 98109 (possible remote option)
Pay Range: $25/hr.
What’s the Job?- Provide technical and administrative support for enterprise systems and applications.
- Manage user permissions, access controls, and organizational hierarchy changes.
- Perform data variance analysis, corrections, and system synchronization.
- Identify system performance issues and collaborate with technical teams on solutions.
- Support users during organizational transitions and planning cycles.
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience with website and application support
- Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Knowledge of enterprise applications and system processes
- Ability to troubleshoot system issues and manage multiple requests efficiently
- Opportunity to work with enterprise resource management systems in a dynamic team environment
- Gain experience with user access management and organizational planning processes
- Exposure to system diagnostics and performance improvement initiatives
