We are looking for a Mixed Methods UX Researcher III to help us investigate and craft key pieces of our product platform, including price display and merchandising.

• Design and execute mixed methods user experience research using both qualitative and quantitative approaches to inform product decisions.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to integrate user insights throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Analyze complex data sets and translate findings into actionable recommendations that drive improved user experiences.
• Develop and communicate research plans, methods, and findings to stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Advocate for user‑centered design principles, ensuring that diverse user needs are represented across products and features.
• Familiarity with AI‑driven systems, tools, or workflows and applying AI/ML concepts to real world products.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human‑Computer Interaction, Psychology, Cognitive Science, or a related field; or equivalent related professional experience.
• 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Proven experience conducting both qualitative and quantitative user research across products or services.
• Ability to synthesize and present research insights to multidisciplinary teams and influence product direction.

• Advanced knowledge of mixed methods research techniques, including survey design, usability studies, in‑depth interviews, and statistical analysis.
• Experience integrating research into agile, fast‑paced product development environments at scale.
• Demonstrated expertise in turning complex user data into actionable strategies for product and design teams.
• Experience safely and ethically integrating and operating AI/ML‑enabled processes that improve research outcomes.
• Experience leveraging AI‑powered research tools or applying AI/ML approaches to user research.
