As Quality Manager / Architect you identify where quality engineering and test technology can help the customer and help them build practical solutions based on this. You do test management on project level, create and implement test plans. You are the interface between client and the test team and you have good communication and people management skills.

You are a very experienced Quality Assurance and Test Engineer with respect and influence on customers and colleagues. You have experience with coaching and setting up new teams. You have several years of experience with various clients.

• 10+ years in Experience in Agile Functional tester, POS Test Automation
• Development with Quality Engineering background
• Able to perform Test Automation during the sprint and work on multiple application platforms like Web, Mobile, Cloud and Desktop
• Experience on any automation tools like Playwright, Robot Framework, Selenium, Java, API, Python
• Experience in Agile is mandatory
• Worked in Retail domain
• Excellent Communication and collaborative skills

• Good to have Retail Domain experience
• Create & manage bug reports and communicate with the team
• Able to build different test scenarios and acceptance tests
• Understanding on Dev Ops & CICD auto build process
• Closely work with deployments teams and resolving any level issues for the system
• Experience on sending various status reports Test Closure, Weekly and monthly reports
• Should be able to co-ordinate with multiple teams to gather requirements and work as an individual

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is $86,900 - $203,800. Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting.

This range may be subject to change as permitted by law. The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction. These may include, but are not limited to:

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
