As a Partner Development Manager, you will have the exciting opportunity to recruit, enable and grow our ecosystem of Amazon Partner Network (APN) Startup partners.
Key Job Responsibilities- Proactively recruit and onboard high‑potential startup partners to APN
- Effectively manage and measure a large number of partner enablement, technical and go‑to‑market requests
- Graduate startup partners to full Startup Partner Development Manager (PDM) coverage based on strategic fit and business potential
- Collaborate with key internal stakeholders (e.g. service teams, sales, marketing, PR, legal, support, etc.) to improve process and execution
- Utilize CRM systems, data warehousing and other analytic tools to establish detailed metrics
This position is part of the AWS Specialist and Partner Organization (ASP). Specialists own the end‑to‑end go‑to‑market strategy for their respective technology domains, providing the business and technical expertise to help our customers succeed. Partner teams own the strategy, recruiting, development and growth of our key technology and consulting partners. Together they provide our customers with the expertise and scale needed to build innovative solutions for their most complex challenges.

Basic Qualifications- 3+ years of business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience in B2B Startup Software
- Experience working with startup ecosystems or venture capital portfolios
- Proven track record of identifying and developing high‑potential business partnerships
The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location. Amazon also offers comprehensive benefits including health insurance (medical, dental, vision, prescription, Basic Life & AD&D insurance and option for Supplemental life plans), EAP, mental health support, medical advice line, flexible spending accounts, adoption and surrogacy reimbursement coverage, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and parental leave.

- San Francisco, CA: $101,600 – $177,800 annually
- Chicago, IL: $92,400 – $160,000 annually
- New York, NY: $101,600 – $177,800 annually
- Austin, TX: $92,400 – $160,000 annually
- Seattle, WA: $92,400 – $160,000 annually
