A global design firm is seeking a part-time IT Client Service Specialist to support the Seattle location and provide remote assistance. The role requires a strong focus on customer service, collaboration with the IT team, and attention to detail. Successful candidates will assist with maintaining IT systems, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring effective communication. Candidates should have a major in Computer Science or related fields, with relevant technical skills and a desire to improve IT processes.
