- Develop, test and deploy a cloud-based data foundation system and AI agent platform. This involves leveraging AI/ML models, applying prompt engineering, and conducting data analysis across unstructured, semi-structured, and structured data. Utilize technologies such as data and pattern mining, business intelligence (BI), and data transformation and processing.
- Collaborate with team members, follow directions from team leads and mentors to independently deliver projects.
- Ensure work aligns with the technical design and adheres to established best practices within the industry.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with team members and stakeholders.
- Demonstrate dedication to work and potential for professional growth and development.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in cloud service development is a plus.
- Strong development experience in Java, Python, C++, C#, or similar OO languages
- Understanding of databases and SQL
- A driven individual with a can-do attitude and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
- This role requires full-time office work at our Bellevue, WA location.
- At this time, Talkdesk cannot provide work visa sponsorship in this region.
- Pay Range (Base Pay): $130,000 – $196,000
