- Work closely with cross‑functional teams to help define business and feature requirements via empirical online data, usability findings, market research, and proven user‑centered design principles
- Quickly create process flows, wireframes, and design mockups to conceptualize and communicate detailed interaction behaviors
- Present design work to the user experience team, product team, and executives for review and feedback
- Contribute to user interface design and development best practices and standards
- Facilitate design jams and workshops to drive collaboration and generate innovative solutions
- Develop and maintain design artifacts such as personas and journey maps to inform product strategy
- Advocate for customer needs and challenge assumptions based on technical or operational limitations
- Build consensus among diverse stakeholders through compelling design narratives and strategic communication
- Conduct or coordinate user research activities to develop deep understanding of customer needs and behaviors
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and quality
- Strong communication and presentation abilities across different audiences and organizational levels
- Ability to clearly articulate complex, interactive design concepts persuasively
- Excellent collaboration skills with highly technical teams
- Proficiency with Figma
- Fluency in best practices for web‑based information architecture and design
- Strong knowledge of usability principles and techniques
- Customer‑obsessed mindset with attention to detail
- Self‑starter mentality with ability to work independently
- Strategic thinking and ability to drive decision‑making
- Adaptability in agile, fast‑paced environments
- 6+ years of industry experience providing interaction design solutions for web and/or software applications
- Demonstrated experience using research and design artifacts to drive product strategy
- Proven track record of working with cross‑functional teams and diverse stakeholders
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in design, human‑computer interaction, or equivalent professional experience
- Online portfolio demonstrating past work experience and relevant, user‑centered design solutions
