• Monitor and maintain availability of identity platforms such as Microsoft Entra , Okta, and Active Directory
• Process access requests, troubleshoot identity-related issues, and resolve incident tickets within SLA
• Deploy and manage Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions to secure administrative accounts
• Ensure adherence to internal security policies and regulatory requirements (e.g., SOX, GDPR)
• Track system health, generate operational metrics, and maintain audit-ready documentation

• 4+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management operations or related IT support roles
• Hands‑on experience with identity platforms such as Microsoft Entra , Okta, and Active Directory
• Familiarity with Privileged Access Management tools (e.g., Cyber Ark, Beyond Trust)
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve identity‑related incidents
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)

• Experience with automation tools (e.g., Okta Workflows, Power Shell/Python scripting)
• Knowledge of Zero Trust principles and identity governance
• Security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent
