Senior Technical Product Manager, AWS Economics and Science

Technical Product Manager (PMT) – AWS Central Economics & Science (ACES) drives best practices for applying economics and science in decision making across AWS. In this role, you will lead a cross‑functional team that uses economics and machine learning to help AWS understand and optimize its sales channels.

• Own end‑to‑end delivery of cross‑functional projects to improve AWS sales channels.
• Work backwards from internal and external customer needs to define requirements and drive measurable impact.
• Partner with senior leaders to drive alignment, resolve trade‑offs, and ensure adoption.
• Define and communicate the strategic value and ROI of new initiatives.
• Collaborate with scientists, economists, and engineers to translate insights into scalable solutions.
• Drive execution across teams through strong communication and influence.

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
• Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
• 3+ years of technical product or program management experience
• Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive‑level prioritization and planning

• Experience using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, Quick Sight
• Experience building and driving adoption of new tools
