We're looking for a SharePoint & Power Platform Lead to join a leading energy organization based in Bellevue, WA
. This is a hybrid role offering a unique opportunity to lead digital transformation initiatives using Microsoft technologies.
As the SharePoint and Power Platform Lead, you will be responsible for the architecture, design, and development of enterprise-level solutions using SharePoint Online and the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Pages). This senior-level role requires both technical depth and leadership skills, guiding a team of developers while collaborating with business stakeholders across the organization.
Responsibilities- Technical Leadership & Strategy
- Architect and implement scalable, secure solutions using SharePoint Online and Power Platform.
- Serve as a subject matter expert; define standards and best practices.
- Leverage the Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) for governance and compliance.
- Stay ahead of Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Azure developments.
- Development & Delivery
- Translate business requirements into robust solutions.
- Build custom Power Apps (Canvas/Model-Driven), Power Automate flows, and Power BI dashboards.
- Develop SharePoint solutions with SPFx, React
JS, and Type Script. - Manage development lifecycle via Azure Dev Ops and CI/CD pipelines.
- Mentor and upskill junior developers.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions to boost platform adoption.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with IT and business teams.
- Support & Maintenance
- Oversee day-to-day maintenance and enhancement of solutions.
- Troubleshoot, perform root cause analysis, and manage production changes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field—or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years in software development with focus on Power Platform and SharePoint.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Expertise in SPFx with Node.js, React
JS, and Type Script. - Solid experience with Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Proficiency in Agile (Scrum/Kanban), Azure Dev Ops, and CI/CD.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in energy or utilities sector.
- Familiarity with Dataverse, Power Pages, and Power Virtual Agents.
- Experience designing collaboration and knowledge-sharing solutions.
