This is not a typical Sales Engineer role. You will be embedded within one of Safetrust’s most strategic global enterprise accounts, helping to shape how identity, security, and access are modernized at scale.

This is a high-impact, high-visibility position where you will influence technical architecture, guide deployments, and support expansion across a complex global environment. You will operate at the intersection of technology, strategy, and customer influence.

What You’ll Do
  • Serve as the primary technical advisor for a global strategic account
  • Lead discovery sessions to understand architecture, security requirements, and business objectives
  • Design and position scalable Safetrust solutions aligned to customer needs
  • Partner closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to drive successful delivery
  • Influence stakeholders across IT, Security, Facilities, and executive leadership
  • Support account expansion through strong technical alignment and solution positioning
  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear, business-relevant outcomes
What You Bring
  • Experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or Technical Consulting
  • Experience supporting enterprise or global strategic accounts
  • Strong knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM), Physical Access Control Systems (PACS), and cloud-based SaaS architectures
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and executive audiences
  • A consultative approach with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Preferred Experience
  • Background in digital identity, physical security, or access control ecosystems
  • Familiarity with platforms such as HID, Lenel, or Genetec
  • Knowledge of authentication protocols or mobile credentialing
  • Experience in enterprise architecture or security engineering
