Senior UX Designer

Job Description Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

• Lead the UX design process from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity design that effectively communicate design ideas
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience
• Stay updated in industry trend, best practices, and emerging technologies such as AI to continue improve the design process
• Advocate for the users throughout the product development life cycle, ensuring that user experience
• Develop and maintain reusable learning object libraries, templates, and style guides that ensure consistency across products

• Identify high-impact research and analysis areas to drive platform enhancements
• Lead stakeholder and user engagement sessions to uncover pain points and inform the design of intuitive new solutions
• Facilitate brainstorming and whiteboarding sessions with PMs and technical leads to evaluate the feasibility of system revamps and feature improvements
• Develop prototypes to visualize concepts for customers and gather actionable feedback
• Establish the MVP strategy and product roadmap for the Flight Path Illustrator

$100,000 to $110,000 per annum
