We’re searching for an exceptional individual to join our client’s dynamic team, where you’ll be instrumental in driving global promotions and acquisition campaigns for a popular digital entertainment service. This role offers the chance to conceptualize, launch, and analyze campaigns, experimenting with new approaches and collaborating across diverse teams to achieve significant business growth.

Your expertise will directly shape how new users discover and engage with the service, making a tangible difference in its global reach and success.

What you’ll do
  • Lead the conceptualization, setup, launch, and performance analysis of global promotional and acquisition campaigns.
  • Develop growth programs with a rigorous, engineering‑like approach, focusing on hypotheses, instrumentation, iteration, and measurable outcomes.
  • Manage the analytical relationship with data science teams and drive financial modeling in partnership with finance stakeholders.
  • Design and implement experimentation frameworks to significantly impact key business metrics.
  • Oversee the concept and creative development of compelling and effective marketing content.
  • Collaborate with local teams to establish robust processes and mechanisms for scaling global promotions efficiently.
  • Ensure all campaigns maintain the service’s brand and voice, effectively highlighting the unique value proposition for all partners.
  • Forecast, track, and report on campaign effectiveness metrics and overall ROI to internal stakeholders.
  • Drive continuous experimentation to gather insights on offer, creative, and messaging effectiveness, documenting results and sharing best practices globally.
  • Engage daily with channel, creative, legal, finance, product, and data teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and strategic alignment.
Must‑Have Qualifications
  • 7+ years of progressive marketing experience, with a strong focus on acquisition and promotional campaigns.
  • Proven ability to build growth programs with a data‑driven, iterative, and measurable approach.
  • Demonstrated experience owning analytical relationships and driving financial modeling.
  • Expertise in designing and implementing experimentation frameworks that move key business metrics.
  • Strong product marketing knowledge, including working with product teams, conducting experiments, crafting strategy, and performing campaign performance analysis.
  • Extensive experience with A/B testing and broader experimentation methodologies.
  • Ability to independently write comprehensive marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency in processing and analyzing large volumes of data.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proven capability to operate independently and effectively manage multiple, diverse aspects of campaigns simultaneously.
  • Experience with in leading global technology companies, media/entertainment, or fast‑paced digital service providers is highly valued.
Nice‑to‑Have Qualifications
  • Ability to write SQL queries.
  • Experience with project management software.
