  • Cross‑Functional Coordination & Workflow Management
  • Guide initiatives through established West IT intake and review processes, including the Business Request Tracker, PSCR, Workstream Deck, and roadmap repositories
  • Ensure consistent documentation of decisions, assumptions, risks, and requirements throughout each initiative’s lifecycle
  • Coordinate with technical and business teams to ensure alignment on scope, success criteria, and required resources
  • Support the organization’s move toward enhanced automation, AI adoption, and next‑generation tools that improve operational efficiency
  • Reporting, Insights & Executive Communication

  • Simplify complex technical or analytical insights into executive‑ready materials to support informed leadership decisions
  • Leverage data‑driven techniques and AI‑enabled insights to elevate reporting accuracy, speed, and quality
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and recommending refinements to analytical and coordination workflows
