SAP Basis Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Basis Consultant to provide subject‑matter expertise and deep technical/functional knowledge. The ideal candidate will lead multiple application support and development initiatives, prioritize tasks, and ensure progress against plans. This role involves reviewing request logs, proactively monitoring recurring themes, and resolving complex issues. The candidate will also be responsible for enhancements, reviewing and approving documentation, and planning innovation and automation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Lead multiple application support and development projects
- Prioritize tasks and ensure progress against plans
- Review request logs and monitor recurring themes
- Resolve complex technical issues
- Implement enhancements and approve documentation
- Plan and drive innovation and automation initiatives
- Deep technical and functional expertise with hands‑on experience in SAP Basis and HANA DB Administration
- Experience with system administration on S/4 HANA, SAP MES, and ChaRM
- Proficiency with AWS for system administration and integration
- Familiarity with SaaS applications and their integration with SAP systems
- Experience with automation tools for refresh activities
- Experience with SAP Fiori and integration
- Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to participate in design discussions, propose solutions, attend scrum calls, and provide status updates
