Information Technology Manager

We are seeking an Information Technology Manager to provide daily support of all IT systems requests and tickets, including internal platforms and network maintenance for the entire hotel team. The role also involves responding promptly to guests’ inquiries and questions.

• Daily support and resolution of IT system tickets.
• Network maintenance and management for hotel operations.
• Respond to guests’ inquiries, providing high‑quality service.
• Support the 24‑hour operation and collaborate with team members.

• 3–5 years of experience in similar IT support roles.
• Post‑secondary diploma, degree, or prior hospitality experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of information systems operations.
• Leadership skills with proven track record in guest and team member engagement.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24‑hour operation.

$95,000 – $105,000 annualized
