We are seeking a Senior Dev Ops Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and evolution of scalable, secure, and automated cloud platforms that power our enterprise applications and customer‑facing systems.
This role is ideal for a highly experienced engineer who thrives in complex environments, is passionate about automation and quality, and can partner across engineering, architecture, and product teams to drive modern Dev Ops practices. You will act as both a technical leader and change agent, improving the way we build, deploy, and operate software at scale.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement end‑to‑end Dev Ops platforms supporting CI/CD, infrastructure automation, and application deployment
- Architect Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using tools such as Terraform, Bicep, and Packer
- Build and maintain cloud‑native solutions in Azure and AWS environments
- Develop scalable deployment strategies leveraging Kubernetes and containerization
- Create and optimize fully automated CI/CD pipelines across build, test, and release processes
- Implement quality gates, automated testing strategies, and deployment validation mechanisms
- Drive one‑click environment provisioning and repeatable infrastructure deployment
- Lead cloud architecture design across multi‑tenant distributed systems
- Ensure systems are secure‑by‑design, leveraging native cloud security, networking, and monitoring capabilities
- Manage cost optimization, performance tuning, and operational scalability
- Establish monitoring, logging, and telemetry frameworks to support system reliability and performance
- Improve operational processes through automation and reduction of manual effort
- Support production releases and provide technical leadership during complex deployments
- Partner with development teams to embed Dev Ops and quality‑first principles into the SDLC
- Mentor engineers on cloud, Dev Ops tooling, CI/CD, and automation best practices
- Lead adoption of modern engineering practices including Agile, TDD, and continuous delivery
- Document best practices, workflows, and platform standards for enterprise adoption
This position is on‑site and will reside in the greater Seattle, WA. area at one of the following locations depending on availability. Candidates must be local or willing to relocate. Relocation assistance is not offered for this position.

- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, Dev Ops, or infrastructure engineering
- Proven experience designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines and Dev Ops platforms
- Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms (Azure and/or AWS)
- Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform strongly preferred)
- Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, Node.js, or .NET)
- Deep understanding of software delivery lifecycle (SDLC) and Dev Ops principles
- Strong problem‑solving skills with experience in complex enterprise environments
- Experience modernizing legacy systems into cloud‑based SaaS platforms
- Background in quality engineering, test automation, or SDET practices
- Experience with distributed systems, event streaming (e.g., Kafka), or microservices architectures
- Familiarity with observability tools, logging frameworks, and monitoring platforms
- Cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Dev Ops Engineer, Terraform Associate, Azure Administrator)
- Experience mentoring teams and driving organizational Dev Ops transformation

Expected base salary: $150,000 to $210,000
May be eligible for bonus following first year of continuous employment in position.
