• Setting up Idp and SP connections, Policies, Selectors, Adapters and contract mapping in Ping Federate
• Access Token Management, Access Token Mapping, OIDC policies in Ping Federate
• Onboarding Applications into Ping Access and Ping Federate
• Working on Service Now tickets
• Application Troubleshooting and Service Now response
• 24x7x365 on-call support rotation using Pager Duty
• Renewal of Certificates
• Generic managerial skills if any
